Love the app but disappointed

I love the concept and the app itself. However, I’m very disappointed in that I sent 3 emails dating back to July with the last sent September 8th. Below is from my last email sent in September. I received 2 responses to it on October 8th. They should delete the statement in their contact us about a response within 48 hours as it’s completely untrue. The response did however apologize for the delay. I’ve not recommended the app to others when asked after I’ve sent them an emoji because of the issues I encountered.
“My issue is that what’s previewed is not what’s always there when purchased. That’s very irritating because I feel cheated. Additionally, the the app I might choose is different than what appears (i.e. I might choose Good morning and what appears is “I Can’t” or something else from that packet). I’ve purchased all of the packets after initially purchasing the Greek and Church ones. They do not appear in my purchased list as the others do nor are they as complete as the previewed ones.”

Funny but needs refining

The eboticons are, for the most part, funny. However, my two biggest issues with the app is a technical glitch that causes a delay in the pasting of the the app into the text space and the “I can’t” the app. First, I typically have to press and hold the Eboticons two to four times before they paste. As a result, I don’t use the app as much as I’d like to.
Second, the “I can’t” the app depicts someone jumping out of window, which I find insensitive and a perpetuation of stigma towards mental health conditions such as, suicide. Suicides are far to sensitive of a topic for people to haphazardly use that as a means of being comedic. My request is that another image be used to depict the emotions conveyed by the title, “I can’t”.

Great Concept, but lots of bugs to work out

I love this app for the funny emojis that speak to black culture. People love them and constantly ask where I found them. The downside is that the developers have to work out the bugs. Several emojis that I previously purchased suddenly become unavailable without explanation. I’ve purchased previously purchased emojis several times, attempted to refresh the app and contacted the developers with questions. No response. They app lacks different hairstyles for the characters to allow further customization. They got ride of the emoji with the shorter hairstyle that looked more like me. I keep coming back because they’re so funny and spot on!

Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Sometimes the packs that i paid for are missing from my emoticons. They disappear at their leisure. I wish something could be done about this. I will not buy other packs until i have full access to the 3 packs that I originally bought. One emoticon that is actually showing up never works and i have emailed repeatedly about it and still not working. I give up. I paid for 2 packs and most of them not showing up anymore and never restored and response always that they working on it. Meanwhile they got my money. When they respond to my emails, they tell me to try the restore. I did that. Still not there. But, paying for them was not a problem. I am sick of generic responses that do not resolve my issues.
