I made an error when purchasing tickets for the first time. Error was completely my fault but I panicked as I normally do. I sent a few messages in and outside the app and feared I would never get a response. I was wrong. Within just a few minutes, a rep replied back stating that she saw my tickets and explained how their ticket process works. A very safe process I should say. Very helpful team and I look forward to using this app for future events with friends and family!!!!

I can easily say that I’ve never gotten such quick and helpful responses from any app. The this app team rocks. I had an issue on the same day as my event, and they responded right away (email) and worked it out to my satisfaction. I didn’t know about this app until I went to buy tickets for a show in Hollywood recently. It’s well designed and easy to navigate. I hope that more events around town are ticketed through them.
Bad support team, antiquated options for international with more than one number

I haven't used the app much yet but if you happened to be an international person with more than one phone numbers than be careful which one you're using! They don't let you use more than one numbers and swapping in between them is tricky as you have to contact their customer support which doesn't seem to be working very fast. Now, to receive a ticket from a friend I got to delete the app and register again with another phone number and email. The app might work well in more traditional scenarios but they really should be ready for such things in 2017 or at least have a support team that responds to messages.
