What is Shell Marine Products?
Shell Marine Products has developed a mobile app that provides customers with the latest information on products and services, access to the Port Services Guide, Interactive Vessel Guide, Quarterly Newsletters, and Lube Reports. Customers can also track the status of their orders and receive notifications on the status of those orders.

As part of our continued effort to improve our services, Shell Marine Products has developed a mobile app that aims to provide you with the latest information on Products and Services, access our Port Services Guide, Interactive Vessel Guide, Quarterly Newsletters and Lube Reports as well as Order Status, at your fingertips.
2. If you require help or additional information, you can easily call through your mobile phone or contact through an email our Customer Service Centre and request more details on any specific order.
3. It offers you the ability to see in a single screen the summary of the status for all your orders as well as zooming in on a specific status to view more details.
4. There is also the Advanced search feature, where you can further narrow down your search and to find the information you are looking for.
