Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in Big Fat Sims

I have bought almost every version of the app Madness. I value loyalty and have tried to stay loyal. But this company has made it very obvious that they value the almighty dollar way more than their customers satisfaction. Updates are almost always delayed and have often not even been delivered. IPad users are still waiting on an update that was promised months ago for this app. The new 3D version was to be available on IPad in May of 2016. Well, it is the middle of June 2016 and no game and no word from the company. I will not spend another dime on this franchise. And I will actively warn others to do the same. If Big Fat doesn't value me as a customer, then there is no reason for me to support them.

I have played all the other games in this series and enjoyed them until now. I have an iPhone 6 and on my screen the game is mostly unplayable. If you don't have an iPad don't bother getting this. You'll need the screen size. I can't see a lot of the writing and my fingers can't hit the right buttons on the screen. The overall gameplay is not nearly as good as previous games. $6.99 wasted on this.
