1. Before sending an email to create a case, if you use a signature depending on the signature you may need to remove it for the case to be created.

2. ServiceDesk allows for users to create an email to case with a specific format.

3. This app makes creating a case easier by providing the required fields within settings that can be updated as needed.

4. Email Template Application for creating a case from email.

5. If you get an error missing attribute, try removing your signature before sending the email.

6. The last sent summary and description is saved and can be reset to the blank default value.

7. All settings can be imported via CSV including the summary and description text.

Install Email to Case app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Email to Case"
The search will reveal the Email to Case app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Email to Case is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Email to Case.
Now enjoy Email to Case on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Email to Case,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Email to Case" » then Click "Install".
- Email to Case will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
