Extremely outdated

I love CCTV but rarely use the app. The English app is still version 3 while the Chinese app is version 7. The last minor update was over a year ago and the last major one was over four years ago. It is terrible for a tech leader like China to have a news app this outdated. Please update the app.

Love this app! Even though it's "iPhone only" I still use it on my iPad Air and it looks decent. Normally I watch CCTV on Dish channel 279 but when I'm not home I love watching it on this app! And a bonus to non cable/satellite subscribers is you can still watch the live feed without an account! With that said I'd still like to see an iPad version but until that happens I'm happy with this version of the app.

I'm viewing the CCTV programs on my iPhone 6+ and iPad Mini 2 using iOS 10.0.2. The programs, mostly the Live ones, run for 10 to 20 minutes then they just stop or hang. I have to start them again manually. Very annoying. I have to turn to the Japanese NHK instead. NHK will keep working for hours. CCTV mobile app is almost useless. Hope they will fix the problems soon.
