Install Net Deck app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Net Deck on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Net Deck"
The search will reveal the Net Deck app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Net Deck is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Net Deck.
Now enjoy Net Deck on PC.

The best deck build app tool!

Simply put, this app should be a model for all apps that purport to help you build a deck for a game. It works flawlessly for me. I love it. I wish star wars destiny had something similar. One of its best features is in settings where it lets you apply various most wanted list (card balance adjustments) that were set up by ffg when building your list. If you have a lot of cards then this really is the best way to make a deck. Thanks to the devs.
Amazing App

I don’t think it’s too much to say that this is likely the most intuitive and elegantly designed deck-building app out there, Netrunner or otherwise, on any platform. It’s not yet updated for the newest NISEI Core 2019, but Gereon hasn’t let us down yet and I don’t expect him to now! Download the app, build some decks, have no spare time ever again.

Simple to filter cards, easy to use for browsing and discovering cards I haven’t seen before. The only thing which would make it better would be effect text searching, but no one currently provides that for netrunner.

I love this app so much that I’m asking the developer to replicate it for all the other games out there: L5R, AGOT, Arkham Horror, etc. The card search is smooth and all encompassing/regularly updated. The connections to NRDB is amazing. Highly recommend!
