Love the App.... just one request

This app is great and the recipes are quick, easy, and delicious! I would add the ability to “check-off” the days completed. It also would be beneficial to email the recipes to yourself for printing. My phone kept locking as I shopped so a printed list would’ve been easier for me but I would recommend this app to everyone!!

Great app to supplement the book while you are doing your 28 days! I love that it follows you through the days with notifications and the videos are excellent. Some of the videos did take awhile to load, but I found if I restarted my device & re-opened the app, that would do the trick. Thanks the app for another excellent resource for helping regain health!

This is by far the best app I ever bought, worth every penny . Everything is there to help you succeed . Easy to follow recipes, great videos. I love the shopping lists that you can create for the days you want . I am on day 14 , feeling amazing and down 11 pounds already . I can’t wait to get the results at day 28. Thank you the app Vale 🙏🏼

This app makes it following the 28-day challenge soooo much easier. Loaded with great videos, all he recipes, reminders, and maybe the best of all: the shopping list. It's almost too easy now! Thanks! (I'm actually on day 3 of the challenge, going strong!!!)
