Install UV-Index app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using UV-Index on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "UV-Index"
- The search will reveal the UV-Index app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once UV-Index is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including UV-Index.
- Now enjoy UV-Index on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native UV-Index Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use UV-Index,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "UV-Index" » then Click "Install".
- UV-Index will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

somehow the UV index is always "high" even on rainy days and at night. the share link doesn't work. pretty sure the only thing this app does is tell me and probably the developers where I am. I expect them to show up soon to sell me a bridge.

I agree with the other comments about the night time. I have been checking the app from 4pm to 10:55 pm. It started at very high and just went down to high at 10:30 when the sun hadn't been out for hours. Don't waste your time.

Just says high constantly. Gives no further information such as details at specific times. No stars.

App always says UV is high, even in the middle of the night. I’ve tried it at all hours of the day and it’s always the same. Deleting.
