I absolutely love the simplicity of this app to add color to the background of a picture so you can adjust the size of picture when using as a wallpaper. Especially on the lock screen - it allows you to move the picture so the time isnt across a face in a picture while creating colored bars at the top and bottom. I use to love the blur feature so the picture softens where the picture meets the color background, but I haven’t been able to use that feature in a long time due to an issue with the app functionality. When I try to blur the edges it actually blurs the whole picture instead of the edges. I would have given the app 5 stars but because this feature has not been fixed (even after contacting creator), I am only giving 3 stars.

Not fully self explanatory but good app. Takes any image, resizes and positions it, allows for a complimentary background color of your choice. Easy to use. You must safe the photo the. Go in through settings to use the new saved photo. So good to be able to use my pictures again for wallpapers!

I use this app all the time to create unique wallpaper for my phone. I like being able to plug in my own pictures and text and choose from the many available font designs in the app. I wish there were a little more convenient way to go back to, or review the available font options without having to hit the reload button a thousand times. Aside from that one issue, this app is everything I wanted it to be. Highly recommend!

Many of my old wallpapers do not fit the screen of my new device, due the a different screen size. So this app came in handy when I need to crop the photos to fit the screen. I may also add some background colors. This app is nice.
