Viewing issues on iPhone XR; ignored by developers

The game itself is fun but difficult to do because the game covers the whole screen on my iPhone XR blocking the level objectives (on the left side of the screen) and the remaining cards to play (on the bottom of the screen).
I have contacted the developers several times and have never received a response let alone any fixes on these issues.

You should offer a way to earn credits or power ups by watching videos. I have had nothing but problems since the last update. I’m not getting my daily coins and I can’t send/receive gifts to my friends

Crashing makes it frustrating!

I would give this a better rating because I REALLY like the game, but it crashes a lot and always at the end of a level! I win the level and then have to go back and play it over. It’s frustrating!

Unable to get into the game, was at level 1107 and now the only way I can play is as a guest starting at level 1. Won’t let me in playing on Facebook. Very disappointed with how all the games are getting messed up. Leave a good thing alone
