Most affordable and semi-reliable
By Pete Eliot (Pcmac user)
I’ve tried multiple VPN is found on the App Store, very few have the features that I need, never had a problem with connectivity and speeds are decent, this is the only VPN I have found so far that offers the ability of changing it to a TCP setting, however from our uses I wish there was an option where you can actually tell it which WiFi that you do not want VPN on that way you don’t have to worry about switching it on and off in the app as you move from one Wi-Fi to another. Example having it turned on while at work or at the grocery store, and having it automatically switch off while you’re on your home network.

Started out perfect....then...
By chi-town wave (Pcmac user)
Started out great. No issues. Tap home screen button, choose your location and swipe to open.
Starting about 2 weeks ago, now I tap on icon and asks if I want to download app. Tap that and then I have to hit the “get” button, then it opens. I don’t get it.
It was so easy before and I don’t know why I have to go through 4 additional steps to open it.
I still have it 4 star because when it was working, it was friggin awesome.
Any ideas would be great. Sorry about contacting you through Reviews but I did not see any Support links. Help please.

Gone To Crap!!! Kicked Off Every Fee Minutes!!!
By DKASH (Pcmac user)
I’ve had the app Tunnel for quite awhile, Once I renewed (which was a chore in itself) the (Seattle) connection is so unstable I get kicked off every few minutes.
So I entered into chat, Brandon tells me to log out and back in trying different protocols to find the most stable one; won’t the “Adaptive” selection work? Yes, it will work; well, that’s why I’m writing - it doesn’t work; so, delete and re-Install the App and re-boot; I’ll try that again when I have time.
the app Tunnel used to be very stable; now it is very unstable. I don’t know what changed, but I have no time to log out and back in time after time, then remove and reinstall and reboot. I have work do.
the app Tunnel is no longer my GoTo - I’m going to some more stable VPN.

Four years and still working
By jamielt (Pcmac user)
I purchased this app more then four years ago and I still appreciate what it does. Very good connection speed.
Please put the data usage bar back in the app for those who have grandfathered plans. Thanks.
