  • Features listed are missing, waste of money.

    By MrStoner1982 (Pcmac user)

Thumbnails claim multiple monitor support, but the app only opens on one of the monitors. There is nowhere to change this. The thumbnails also claim the ability to upload your own video to use as a wallpaper, but there is nowhere to do so. Maybe there are solutions to these problems, but you wouldn't know because the "Quick Start Guide" takes you to a website with even more falsely advertised features ("Beautiful App to Control LiveDesktop"...where?!?) that does nothing to explain how to use it. You would think that the tutorial link would take you where you need to go to remedy this, but it's just another wild goosechase that opens a page full of app icons which in turn open pop ups that just say "Coming Soon!" Seriously, this is such a waste of money. I only spent a dollar on it, and even that was too much. I am going to be putting in for a refund.
  • Just Okay

    By ToddLewis1609 (Pcmac user)

This app looks very promising for the future and was fun to use the three (3) free looping backgrounds. The quality of the backgrounds is very high with beautiful scenery and sound that can be turned off. It is impressive to show others who notice the moving background immediately. Now for the issues. The app not only takes up a lot of space, but it also runs down the battery fairly quickly as well. So if you use these backgrounds, keep your laptop plugged in or make sure your battery is charged up before you use the app. You should not have this issue with a plugged in CPU.
  • Great, and Best Live Desktop App Out There

    By MoEzekiel (Pcmac user)

I've tried them all. This one has quality videos, works, and is beautiful. It actually feels like a window. So much better than staring at a static background behind all your work. More like facing a window with a city view, or looking out at a garden, while you work. A little buggy buying backgrounds and things. But I run a software company and they're the sorts of things that developers fix easily.
  • Doesn’t support multiple desktops

    By iShubes (Pcmac user)

The only critique I have at the moment (I just installed it on both MacBook Air and 27” iMac) is that it only runs on a single “desktop” (what we used to call Spaces, before Apple took those away from us). That’s probably not a deal-breaker for most (it might have been for me; still not sure), but as I’m constantly switching between desktops, depending on which app I’m using at the moment, it’s kind of a deal. However, since I do the bulk of my work on my iMac, and have my MacBook sitting right here next to me, this app serves as a nice diversion using just the one desktop on my MacBook. I look forward to more themes; the ones they currently have are nice, but I’m not sure how long they’ll hold my interest. A couple have sounds in the background (you can toggle these off if you prefer silence, or work in an environment where it might be distracting to co-workers) which makes it nice…for about 47 seconds, and then you’re feeling the urge to run to the restroom because of the constant sound of running water. Really no complaints about it after just a few minutes of operation. I would give it a solid 5-star rating if it worked on multiple desktops, but alas…it falls short in that one area.
