It’s free of charge, there’s just a tiny (annoying) banner to support the developer but it’s no big deal. Basically, the videos appear to be stored on YouTube and this app is a personalized YouTube browser.... and there’s definitely sound and you can hear the instructions loud and clear, maybe it was a glitch on some previous version of the software?
