Install Easy Oil Painter app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

I was shopping around for an app that'd turn photos into painterly landscapes when I came across this. I'm typically very skeptical about most photo editing programs because of my artistic past, but honestly, as of right now, I'm super happy with it. My aim is to print landscape photos onto canvas or frame and matte them to personalize all the pics in my house and I think I'll be able to accomplish this now. So yeah, cool quick app.

This app was super the app to use once I watch the couple minute video they show when you open it. This is the third app I downloaded trying to turn a picture into a Oil Painting and this one absolutely crushed it! It looks amazing!
