Does what it says it does!

Simple application that does what it says it does. I do wish it had a status bar to let you know its progress. But just wait and it will split the file. Did a great job on a 1.87GB csv file. Took about a minute to split it into 152 Flies of 10K rows each. This is a lifesaver and a timesaver.

Some people mentioned not being able to change the # of records, but the drop downs allow you to override their standard values and enter custom split options. This was the only tool I could find to handle some of the files I needed to split on my Mac. Great little utility!
Does not work without file extension

This app is useless to me. 1) I have a ton of txt files that do have a file extension and this tool will not even look at them unless they have a txt or csv extension. Why? 2) I need to break up my files at specific line numbers - the same place in each file, and they are not the same number of lines. Basically I wasted $2.00.

I was looking for a app that does exactly this for some inventory files that are rather large. I had an issues with a certain encoded csv which was not working. The Developer responded right away with a fix and work around till he releases the fix. Cant ask for more for the price of the app. Worth it and wil help you become more productive if you work with large excel file.
