    Although we just got this app it seems to be quite solid. There are a few things that I would like to see done differently but I am sure that I'll get used to it. Always a learning curve with new software. Text response to support was immediate and answered my question without having to answer a lot of stupid questions first. We are able to keep seperate job address for our large customers which is very important in our business. Recently added the Craftsman Cost Book, the best resource.

    Just added the Cost Book which is a unbelievable help with Estimates. The app does everything I need. Tracks customers, calls, labor and materials. Uses the iPhone contacts and calendar so it’s fast and easy to set-up and install. I can send email estimates and invoices and get reports and graphs to see how I’m doing for any time period. All of my history is instantly available to see what work I have done and there is a support function that can be used to get questions answered. Would highly recommend!

    I has taken me awhile to let go of my old methods and get this running on my device. It takes a little longer when you get started. However, after you build up your customers, labor descriptions and parts inventory it is really fast to do an estimate or invoice. Nice to be able to bring up history with just a few taps. It will be really cool after a few years. Bought the Cloud Sync so I can use on by iPad and iPhone. Thanks!

    i got off to a rough start with the app and was ready to throw in the towel. Had set everything up but couldn't email my estimates or invoices. Turned out to be the way my email was setup on my iPad. John in support was very helpful and in addition to getting the email going explained some of the shortcuts and more advanced features. Really glad that I persevered, it’s a great program! Plus, the New Scheduler is a nice addition.
