Install Simple Switch - for Philips Hue and Thermodo app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Simple Switch on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Simple Switch"
The search will reveal the Simple Switch - for Philips Hue and Thermodo app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Simple Switch is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Simple Switch.
Now enjoy Simple Switch on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Simple Switch,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Simple Switch" » then Click "Install".
- Simple Switch - for Philips Hue and Thermodo will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I love this app because it is the app and just works perfectly. The user interface is the app and clear. No clunky UI. No hidden extra cost features have sprung out. You get way more than you pay for - it's free. To the author: Thank-you for writing this great app and providing it to the community. I will look for more apps from you, but please don't bundle them into this app - its perfect just the way it is, and there are very few apps I can say that about!

I tried installing this on my sons iPad to control his room lights. He has disabilities so this seemed like a good app to let him control his lights but not impact other light setups in the house. I installed the app and tried to connect to our bridge. The app sees the bridge but won’t stay connected to it. There are no troubleshooting instructions for the app and even the feedback button doesn’t work. No documentation = no stars.
