1. Colour by Numbers is a permanent light installation in the tower at Telefonplan in Stockholm.

2. Choose the floors that you want to colour by tapping on a floor or by swiping over the tower.

3. The tower is 72 meters high and has 20 floors, of which the top ten are used for Colour by Numbers.

4. Spin the colour wheels to colour the selected floors.

5. The light installation is visible in many parts of Stockholm, within a radius of ten kilometers.

6. With this app, you can change the colours of the light in the tower.

7. You can create all colours by mixing red, green and blue.

8. You can deselect floors in the same way.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Colour by Numbers"
The search will reveal the Colour by Numbers app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Colour by Numbers is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Colour by Numbers.
