    I set a goal to lose 10 lbs in a month and achieved more than that with Myflexdiet. I configured the categories heavy on fruits and vegetables, in fact, I have 3 vegetables and juice for lunch. I gave myself a treat for dinner setting up seafood and desert as the categories. The app plans the meals perfectly, suggesting foods from those categories, sometimes with interesting choices. Some I ventured out of my comfort zone to try while others I substituted with the old and familiar. I never knew there were so many different vegetables out there. I think by knowing that I am meeting my target from the the app side gave me extra motivation on the exercise side. I actually lost almost 12 lbs in just 1 month and I am ecstatic about the result.

    After so many disappointments, I have finally found the the app plan that works for me. myflexdiet is a great app to lose weight with, it is so flexible in terms of the foods I can eat. Not only it lets me eat anything I want for one meal of the day, I can tell the app what kind of food I prefer for the other two meals. The app then comes up with meal plans from my favorite food categories. The best part is I can substitute or change the food the app suggests. And when I do that, the portion is automatically adjusted to stay under my target. I don't feel deprived at all going on the app with this app. I think that is what has helped me to stick with it. I am so happy with the results as I have lost 5 lbs in a month.
