Download and install the ZEIT AUDIO app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ZEIT AUDIO on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ZEIT AUDIO"
The search will reveal the ZEIT AUDIO app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ZEIT AUDIO is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ZEIT AUDIO.
Now enjoy ZEIT AUDIO on PC.

- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

Leider ist das this app app das schlechteste Audio-App, das ich kenne. Braucht entweder Minuten um ein Stück zu laden oder tut es gar nicht.

Mir ist es einfach unbegreiflich wie man im Jahre 2019 eine einfache App mit Audioinhalten nicht zum laufen bekommt. Ständig hängt diese sich auf, kann Inhalte nicht abspielen oder schließt sich einfach während der Artikel vorgelesen wird. Und dabei ist das ganze ja schon kostenpflichtig. Wie gesagt ein großes Rätsel, warum es so schwer ist die App zu warten?! Glücklicherweise punktet die the app über Inhalte und deshalb werde ich auch weiterhin die Treue halten und mich über diese grauenhafte App ärgern.
Guter Start, fehlende Features

Die Qualität der gelesenen Artikel ist sehr gut. Dynamisch vorgetragen. Es macht Spaß sie zu hören. Problem #1: es sollte einen visuellen Hinweis geben, welche Artikel man bereits gehört hat und welche noch "neu" sind. Bei mehr als ein dutzend Artikeln ist es sonst nicht einfach, den Überblick zu behalten. (-1 Stern) Problem #2: Für €2,99 pro Ausgabe wünsche ich mir, dass mehr Artikel zur Auswahl stehen.
