Im rewriting my review after speaking to Coty. He read my review and within 5 min I received a call about his concern. He was apologetic and is going to make things right and i definitely will return to the this app in San Marcos with my husband and with my grandson who is a senior at the university who turned me on to this restaurant, as we meet once a month for lunch. Now this rarely happens that anyone calls you about the concerns one may have, so I certainly appreciate Coty Gordons call this evening. I will definitely be returning very soon. Thanks again Coty ! What About ToGo rewards

Apparently this app is only for people that dine in. I went inside and asked because last time I tried it it didn’t quite turn out right, I was told that there are no rewards unless you’re dying in. Therefore for me there’s zero point in me having this app because we do more to carry out than anything else it’s a busy life you know what I mean. Most restaurants want more take up customer because of the higher profit margin. Not even sure how to rate this because we like the food but the app seems to be a waste of space on my phone.
Poor app design. No check in option. Do not use.

We downloaded this app at the instruction of our server. He had overheard my wife and I discussing the wait. However, this app is only good for their points program. Even though it has a “check in” feature, it is only for the points program. The developer thought we needed two apps for the app grill whereas the rest of the chains use only one that is simple to understand. The local restaurant was less than helpful about the situation. I will never frequent the app again.

While the app provides $5 rewards for visits, it’s unclear as to the record keeping. Sometimes we’ll come 5 times and don’t get our reward, while the phone says 4 times and claim your reward. Then on our 7th visit we’ll finally get it. Not impressed yet. We’ve probably lost at least $10 now. It should keep a log of visits.
