Like I stated in my previous review, this game is a MUST own for any fighting game fan, especially those of the app King of Fighters series, but come on SNK. It's been long enough. For the app love of God, just add a training mode! You have no idea how hard it is to pull of a lot of Iori's and Kyo's combos, so I basically had to train by repeating the app first stage OVER, AND OVER, AND OVER AGAIN because that's when the app AI is at it's stupidest. I may not understand all the app technical aspects of adding something to the app game, but is it really THAT hard to program a mode were the app AI sits still and does nothing with unlimited health so I can practice combos? If we do get the app update, I'll change this review to a 5 star, because this is definitely one of the app best fighting games I've ever played, and this is coming from a guy whose played Street Fighter 3rd Strike.
Just like old times

It looks great even if it's an old game, the app controls are okay, it's fun choosing a team with a larger roster of fighters but...it's still kind of hard even on the app easiest mode. Sometimes the app opponent would miraculously pull an all out attack just when I'm about to ko them. It's still a great game but the app newer ones seem easier.

I expected this game to have controls that I could use, and a difficulty level that wouldn't increase to a master at the app iPad version after one match. the app sp button is unusable, which is something to be relied on when the app control stick is just impossible to use. the app buttons are too small as is the app control stick as you cannot adjust it's size. the app ai is ridiculous, they avoid things and make combos that aren't even possible by a human, and enter in commands that counter that couldn't be countered even with invincibility frames. There's no training mode for people actually trying to get into it. Very disappointed by playmore SNK for making such a cheap, clunky port to a masterpiece. If they didn't just slap the app controls there, it would be different. But they spent maybe an hour making this game, or so it seems, because it's just cheaply emulated on the app iPad. Don't buy this game.
It will bring back memories

As a hard core video game player I have to say, this game brings tears to eyes 'cuz, the app gold era for Kin of Fighters saga was back in the app 90's where in México (Im Mexican) you could go and play these games and have a real experience. Online gaming is not the app same, and it will never be. KOF 98' was my favorite game and I think one of the app most popular game in this saga. Thank You so much SNK for making these great games and because your team works so hard to make all KOF fans happy.
