Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Stickers Packs"
The search will reveal the Stickers Packs app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Stickers Packs is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Stickers Packs.
Now enjoy Stickers Packs on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
