Stopped working with iOS 13

This has been my favorite iPhone clock app for a long time-years. A 5-star app. But it stopped working with iOS 13 Beta-shows a black screen with the app title at the bottom with no clock. I was hoping for an update when iOS 13 was fully released, but it seems like the developer has abandoned what was a very good app.
Weather conditions

The clock is great the only problem I have is the weather conditions, temperature, wind, and current conditions, seldom update and the altitude varies is at least 50 feet even though my location has not changed.
Celsius?

Why not have the option for Fahrenheit? Simply provide the choice.
