Paid for Pro, didn't work

I paid the cost of upgrading to Pro so I could do a collage with four videos. Every time I did this, three videos would work, but the fourth would always be a black square. I decided to compromise and do three videos and one photo in a collage, but one of the squares was always empty. Half the time, the video collage would not render a preview at all and I could not save my work. I spent the better part of an hour trying to create a short video collage and have nothing to show for it. I'd expect this from a free app, but the fact that I paid for this and it's not working properly is disappointing.
Favorite video app

Great app with many easy to use features. However I would like to be able to adjust the borders to fit custom pic and vid sizes, also should be able to add multiple videos (slide show) in a single frame versus only multiple videos in different frames. Then this app will dominate all of the others. All in all I still enjoy this app and use it all the time
Apparently, I should pay twice

I paid for the Pro before they changed the price to $1.99. It worked pretty well most of the time. Occasionally, it would crash for no reason and a couple of the features always made it crash 🤷🏻‍♂️ but I liked it. However, when the price increased, it stopped loading. All I can figure is the new pro version is just different enough that my old won’t load, but the system still thinks I’m “pro”. I can even download and use the free version anymore. Maybe they’ll get this straightened out and I can change my rating.

I loved this app when it worked like it should, even paid extra to do more. Now every time I try to open it, it says its loading then just boots me out and does the same thing every time. I tried closing the app and restarting it turning my phone off and back on again to see if that would work — nothing worked! I gave it 2 stars cause I know it has potential, but right now the way it’s acting I’d give it -10 stars.
