Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Private Tracker on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Private Tracker"
The search will reveal the Private Tracker app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Private Tracker is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Private Tracker.
Now enjoy Private Tracker on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Private Tracker,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Private Tracker" » then Click "Install".
- Private Tracker will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:

- Tracks location in the background and exports data points to a gpx file for geotagging photos

- No extraneous clutter, easy to use

- Works perfectly for its intended purpose

☹ Cons:

- Does not support saving GPX files to Dropbox or Google Drive

- Some users have reported issues with exporting the GPX file, including difficulty detecting apps that support GPX and limited options for exporting (only supports stock mail app)

- Users must pay to export their data, which is not made clear in the app interface

Unfortunately it's become useless

There was a time this was a great app. It would allow me to export the gpx to an app (transmit) and I could move it to my PC. Now it says it doesn't detect any apps which support gpx and that I should mail the file. However it only supports the stock mail app which I don't even have installed in iOS 10. In short, totally unusable. I paid for the track export sigh. Save your money.

Before using this app keep in mind you will have to pay to get your data out. The app interface does not inform you of this until you attempt to export.

This app does exactly what it says it does, and it works perfectly to geotag photos I take with my DSLR. No extraneous clutter to impede its ease of use. Recommended. Enhancement request: save GPX files to Dropbox and Google Drive.
