Install My Cards - Wallet app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "My Cards"
The search will reveal the My Cards - Wallet app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once My Cards is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including My Cards.
Now enjoy My Cards on PC.

Loaded smoothly. Able to load cards, no issue. I like it a lot, but would like it if I could personalize the opening screen. I’d like to be able to set it so when I open, I see the app credit cards right away without having to go to shortcut.
Need offline view

If no data or WiFi, app won’t run, it will get stuck on the splash screen, you should be able to access your cards even without internet. For example when you travel outside the country and you don’t have data, or you are on an elevator, etc
