Nice App except for a glitch

I made a background and once in place it looked great until I tilted my phone around. As I moved the phone the background shifted to where the frames around the icons no longer lined up. If I open an app it temporarily lines back up but shifts around again. This is confusing because the background is a picture, NOT a dynamic moving background. Please fix this issue :)
