Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "LED-Light"
The search will reveal the LED-Light app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once LED-Light is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including LED-Light.
Now enjoy LED-Light on PC.

Finally! A Light that really works.

After years of downloading stupid lights with gimmicks and clumsy UIs, THIS one is a joy. This one you can actually USE, for, well... a LIGHT. It's under 4 MB. Everyone needs one of these, and this is the best I have come across in my years & tens of thousands (not kidding) of downloads. I can finally stop looking for flashlights - now, if I could just find a really good, reliable plain text editor for iOS 6, I would be in heaven.
