Upper case letters missing “hats”

I like the app with the sounds, the modeling, the numbers, the stars for motivation, the arrows, and the example words for the letters. Obviously, the ads are too annoying for the free version and would require constant adult supervision to exit the ads. So, I’d love to buy it, but the part that keeps me from buying it is that the capital letters don’t have, for lack of a better term, “hats”, like the “J” and the “I”. They look just like I’ve typed them here. I think the app child should learn how to write the capital letters with “hats”. That way, for example, the upper case “i“ won’t look like a lower case “L” if the “hats” are included. I hope the app explanation makes sense.

Absolutely fabulous, suitable for all kids. the app son goé crazy for it. It's fun enough to keep kids interested in. Besides being entertained, kids can develop handwriting skills while playing. This game is engaging and educational so I don't feel guilty leaving the app son alone with it for some time while I get some work done
Sound not working. Trying to charge me twice.

The only way for this to be safe to use for kids is to buy it and remove ads. Done. After playing it once, the sound wouldn’t work. Its kind of imperative for the phonics section. I power cycled and the sound still didn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled and guess what? Ads again. The sound still doesn’t work and now if we’re just going to overlook the whole phonics portion, I still have to buy removal again so the app child isn’t harassed literally every 30 seconds.
Paid for IAP, still getting ads...

Furthermore, I’ve reached out via the App Support link in the App Store and NO ONE from the company has responded to the app emails. Yet, I was billed for this $2.99. Don’t get me wrong, $3 isn’t a big deal, but when the app 3 year old son is enjoying the art learning to write his ABC’s is CONSTANTLY getting pop up ads for BS games he has no interest in, it makes the experience TERRIBLE, which is why I paid for the frikking IAP to begin with! Someone needs to rectify this because I can do nothing on the app end to get he ads to go away. HELP!!
