Theres a miniature hand that pops the zits and its under ur finger so use a stylus pen so u can c the dam thing. Sounds unrealistic/ too much blood.... I was looking 4 an app w/o a timer- cant find one better than ZITSTORM yet. Oh and ppl, don't rate zit-pop games by saying "ugh, omg grossss". If u don't like pus and popping zits, stick to candy crush. This app gets a Charles Barkley...... Trrible, just trrible
