Problems

So as stated before, this app has many problems that need to be fixed. It is annoying everytime i try to screen record a small video, it crashes. That ruins the whole point of PAYING for an app that doesnt even work. I would be looking for a refund very soon due to the app malfunctioning. I cant record for more than 10 sec without it lagging and stopping my computer from doing anything then crashing. So all i want is an explination or a refund. Thank you for taking your time to read this and I hope the issue can be resolved very soon.

From the description I could not tell if this app would allow me to record through the camera as well as on screen. After buying and downloading I realized you can’t. I asked support if I could with little to no help, I then asked for a refund and have still to get an email back!!! Don’t waste your money on a company that provides bad service! Screen flow is much better!!
