What is Kcell Filter?
The Kcell Filter app is designed for Activ and Kcell subscribers to manage their Incoming Call Filter and Outgoing Call Filter services. The app allows users to block or permit incoming calls and SMS only from the prior defined numbers. It also allows users to block/unblock outgoing calls to pre-defined numbers only. The app provides Black and White lists for both incoming and outgoing call filters.
1. The Black List allows blocking calls to pre-defined numbers, while the While List allows you to select the phone numbers which you want to call.
2. For instance, if you want to limit your outbound calls to predefined numbers, simply add all your contacts to the Black list by clicking “All” and then add the contacts to which you want to make calls to your White list.
3. The Black list affords grounds for setting a ban to incoming calls and SMS from certain numbers.
4. After activation of the White list, the Black list is deactivated, in this case all numbers of the Black list survive.
5. After activation of the Black list, the White list is deactivated, in this case all numbers of the White list survive.
6. With Outgoing Call Filter you can easily block your outbound calls to both standard and short numbers.
7. The Outgoing Call Filter service allows you to manage your outgoing calls.
8. Attention! If you activated the White list and it is empty, then the incoming voice calls and SMS will be unavailable for you.
9. Kcell Filter app allows Activ and Kcell subscribers to manage Incoming Call Filter and Outgoing call Filter services.
10. The Incoming Call Filter service allows to manage your own incoming traffic.
11. After the service is activated, the Black list automatically becomes active.
