Download an Android emulator for PC:

For a government assistance app, this is surprisingly easily to navigate. The interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to check your benefits on the fly. A few extra features would be appreciated, such as being able to start/submit a new application or recertification, but overall it’s a well done application.

I’m surprised for being LA county I would expect to have better app. But it’s very very simple. Wish it had like your case manager info, doesn’t even have that. Force closes a lot and doesn’t seem that they get the info on the other end of the stick. I uploaded docs and have yet to hear back on my case. The app has like 4 buttons and that’s it. It’s very very simple, guess it would help elderly folk with no info in technology but for people my age, you’ll just get frustrated.

This App is for people who already applied or have an open case. It isn’t for applying. The App description tells you what you can do through the app and what you have to go to the website to do. As long as you understand that, you’re good.
