Lost files. Do not download.

Never upload important documents to an app. When the app is down you don't have access to those files and because it's free, there's nothing you can really do about it. Even if the app eventually gets fixed, the time you spent without access to your own files is unacceptable. This has happened to me thrice and I've finally learned my lesson.
Update: Developers refuse to fix the app after months of not working. Wow.

I can't access my folder 😭 many photos are in there,it's very important to access. So what can I do ? When I want to enter this app this time apps don't show the keypad where I put my password. I think it's a bug problem. If I don't access this app so how can I recover my photo ? Any suggestion?
