Install Action Light app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Action Light on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Action Light"
The search will reveal the Action Light app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Action Light is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Action Light.
Now enjoy Action Light on PC.

Doesn’t work. Riddled with bugs.

This app is an menubar app, it initially does not open a window to show you what is going to happen, instead it shows a notification and during setup which is usually really easy with Philips Hue apps of any sort, the app floods your Notification Center. The app does not have an off-state menubar icon set for when Dark mode is on. But most importantly the setup does not work at all.. Why bother releasing an app that doesn’t work at all? Clearly shows great incompetance by this hobby developer.

I’m surprised Apple and the App Store still have this available for purchase… I just made the mistake of purchasing this and then noticed the date of publishing… It’s already 4 years old, and there’s been no development or improvement, and appears there’s a lot of people complaining about support, or lack thereof. It’s a poor app, with poor execution.
Connectivity changes…

All I get is a notification that the the “Connectivity changed Found Hue bases station Please press the button”. When I press the button… Nada… Zilch….Nothing. When you click the support button you get sent to a personal blog. Don’t waste your $$$ on this until htey get it fixed.
Does not work with the latest/modern Philips Hue Bridge

This used to work well. However, not it is completly useless if you have the modern HomeKit compatible verison of the Hue bridge. Apple really needs to remove apps like this that are rarely updated and no longer work.
