Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pirate Power"
The search will reveal the Pirate Power app icon. Open, then click "Install".

Cute!

This game was actually kind of a surprise to me. I downloaded in on a whim because it looked interesting, like I do every month or so. But this game surprised me in the sense that it has a small storyline and quests. You're not building a kingdom or society. The only building you do is simply to help you upgrade your ship so you can battle other pirates in the world. And the graphics are kind of adorable. They remind me of animal crossing. Love this game :) But I was wondering if anyone has an answer to this, I just got past The Doge and now I don't know what to do next. No covered spaces to buy, and no new missions. I'm trying to level up enough to do The Twins on hard mode, but I don't see any way to move on from my current point in the game otherwise. I'm lvl 27 (almost 28) and my characters are between lvls 18 and 23. Is there anything else I need to do before I can advance from here? Is there anything to advance towards?

I hardly ever make the time to give a review but this game is definitely addictive enough to want to get the developers to come back and continue updates! The game play is easygoing and fun and the story is great. Graphics are cute and fun and I have no real complaints about any except my issue with not being able to connect my face book or the concept of making pearls only through friends. I can’t get those boosts ( create pearls) without friends. And that’s a big downside. Considering it’s only that one thing!? I love the game. I’ve even spent some money just for the vip boosters. So please developers come back to this game! I’m certain that the rate of players could go up!
Amazing...but when's Chapter 2?

I really love this game. It's story, characters and gameplay are superb as usual. There's just one major thing. I'm at Mission 5 of the final boss. Besides me not being strong enough to beat it yet; I don't wanna beat it because that's it. Just an epilogue with a HUGE cliffhanger. I know grand stories take a long time, but..considering you released another entire game is a little upsetting. (But that's a whole other story for another day) People still do play this game. And it would really be great if there would be more of a purpose to play besides the arena. Thank you if you read this all. P.S: how come the character Blackbeard is promoted everywhere? I mean in the actual game; you only see him TWICE. First in the very start tagging along Billy and Espada.. and the second time in a daily event...... WHERE YOU DONT EVEN EARN HIM! P.P.S: how come the Xenoteks eyes were changed from Yellow to Black? Small detail but the yellow eyes look better especially with the color pallet of Xenoteks....

Oh lord, this game is great. Pretty much everything made by these devs is great. It’s a great blend of actual gameplay and incremental style progression, with incremental being used in the loosest sense of the word. The characters are great, albeit very slightly clichéd. The story, similarly to the characters, is great albeit clichéd. Only real gripe I can think of is the bad grammar in some spots and the rarity of some materials, but that doesn’t bug much. If you like this, you should also check out Crush Them All, made by the same devs.
