Install GistPal app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GistPal"
The search will reveal the GistPal app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once GistPal is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including GistPal.
Now enjoy GistPal on PC.

Rather expensive for what it does, and there are definitely some things that could be improved. That said, it does work and I've been unable to find any other app that allows easy access & creation of gists from the menu bar.
This app is fantastic!!

Can't cut/copy/paste with keyboard

Really annoying that I can't copy, cut or paste text with the standard OS X keyboard shorcuts (i.e. command-v). Instead I have to use the mouse to bring up the context menu or select Edit>Paste from the menu bar. Really not ideal for a programmer. Oh and have fun in the support forum if you don't understand Asian characters.
