Sleep Mode Purchase Issues

Same issue as another reviewer. Upgraded from free version of app to unlock sleep mode. After several months of using it stop working. Get a message saying to restore previous purchase or upgrade. Have tried restoring but still cannot use sleep mode. Tried purchasing again. Was able to use sleep mode once or twice before getting same message again about restoring previous purchase
or upgrading. Very frustrating, charging multiple times for same purchase.

I have stage IV NSCLC metastatic adenocarcinoma with less than a year to live. Somehow an order for the app was placed and charged for both. When I mentioned this you completely cancelled me. I don’t even know if I’ve been refunded and am very disappointed with the way I have been treated. This app helped me sleep so well with such a horrific illness.
