Sound not working

I have the same problem as wizzard1744. It can record sound if you use system prefs and set the input to Microphone, but that will produce poor quality: the sound from my macbook’s speakers recorded through its microphone. Also records room noise. Useless. Do I remember that an older installation required a driver to be downloaded and installed? Hmmmm… Useless as is
It has developed MAJOR problems

I’ve had this paid version for years, and it worked fine. Suddenly the sound recording portion stopped working, and after about every fourth the app recording, the program “freezes” and must be force quit in the Activity Monitor prorgram. I contacted the developer about two months ago when this started and received a reply asking about further details, and I answered. Since then I have not heard anything more. THis program is now useless - DO NOT BUYT IT UNTILL IT IS UPDATED
SOUND ISSUES

It doesn't work well on my macbook air. It used to not be a problem but now it records all sound in the room as well as whatever is on the the app. Its not good. I'm shopping for a replacement. Disappointing. I have the paid version.
Not as good as i hoped, Support is Non Exsistent.

IT is a very simple program to use. ANd it records the video crystal clear. The problem is it doesnt record the audio most of the time. If i try and reccord when im playing Second LIfe (Which is why i bought the app in the first place) I cannot get it to record audio. I went to the developers website to try and get some help. WHile there is some vauge instructions, there seems to be no way to contact anyone for help. Its hard to say because even though the instructions are in english, everthing else is in Chinese or what ever the language is. So basiclly I’m stuck with an app i cant use. I got several other the app capture apps here , Easy the app Record, Smart the app Capture, and Smart the app Capture Tool Lite, and guess what! They all look exactly alike, Except this one allows you to put some text in and a picture. Other than that, the interface looks identical. I think they all just bought the same program and packaged it under different names. YOu even have to go to the same CLoud Server to download the AUdio driver. Becaue none of them have an audio driver installed.
