You can get all ORS in full for free online. No reason to pay for it unless you need it offline.

I'd love to be proven wrong, but it appears that the last update was for changes enacted by the legislature on 2009. The developers have a minimalistic website for support, but have not been responsive to my question about updates. So, the app appears to be useful for those who want to know what the law was seven years ago.
