Purchased the full version a few days ago and now it still has some of the characters locked, I tried to click on restore and it doesn’t do anything but if I press unlock of course it gives the prompt if I wasn’t to buy it again.....um no!. I want my money back

I purchased the full version of this for $5 as my toddler loves the 4 free ones but it won’t register at all and we aren’t able to play the other puzzles.

My 4 yr old completed the 2 free puzzles within 2 min and then kept prompting her to buy the other puzzles for $4.99 and was so disruptive and wouldn't allow her to continue with the game. Out of pure frustration I decided to purchase the game. After purchasing we were unable to play at all. What a joke! Then when I write a review it deletes it because it has the same title. Most infuriating game I have ever seen.
