Software Features and Description

1. - Landscape view provides a Preview or Presentation mode depending on whether you prefer to swipe and play Cues directly to the screen, or browse thumbnails before double-tapping to play.

2. - Portrait view allows you to scroll through the current presentation, view notes and tap thumbnails to play them to the screen.

3. - MediaShout Remote requires the latest versions of MediaShout presentation software (MediaShout 4.5 or newer for Windows, or MediaShout 6 for Mac).

4. MediaShout Remote provides control and preview of MediaShout presentations over your Wi-Fi network from your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

5. View the Main (audience) Display or Stage Display as it is played from a MediaShout computer.

6. Bottom toolbar controls allow you to go forward or back in the current presentation and play Quick Cues.

Install MediaShout Remote app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MediaShout Remote on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MediaShout Remote"
The search will reveal the MediaShout Remote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MediaShout Remote is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MediaShout Remote.
Now enjoy MediaShout Remote on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native MediaShout Remote Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use MediaShout Remote,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "MediaShout Remote" » then Click "Install".
- MediaShout Remote will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I use media shout for my church and it comes in handy but it needs to have more features. One example is that it should allow me to be able to select bible verses or songs that are not already in my script in case it’s needed all of a sudden.
Doesn’t upload the entire script

It looked amazing until I clicked through and found out it doesn’t load the entire script. Maybe there will be a fix for this.
Not Reliable

This app is great, when it works. It glitches often and will lock up. It needs a lot of work before it will be ready for use in a live worship service.
Can’t select videos

I’m unable to select one from a list of videos that I have uploaded. It will only let me go from the first to the second and so on. Please fix
