Awful, just awful

I have been unable to access the digital edition of the the app Park Press on my iPhone for months despite paying for a subscription. I have waited on hold to speak with customer support for hours and have not been helped at all. Today, the rep told me I am not the only person who has called with this problem but when I asked for a solution she said she had no idea how to fix it. Seriously. So I cancelled my subscription. Very disappointing customer service.

Bookmarks!

I'm a long term subscriber but am fairly new to the iPad app. It would be very nice if a bookmarking function was available. It's very annoying to read a previous day's paper, not finish, and then restart and have the app try to force me to open the current issue. Crashes almost every time I read the paper.

App is horrible

I like to read my paper online however this app is the worst. At least once a week I have to delete the app because the latest addition of the paper doesn’t show up. Starting to get very tired of this and about to cancel my subscriptions
