Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

The features of this scanner app made it one of the better free ones, until they removed in version 2 the ability to upload to Dropbox, etc without upgrading to the paid version. The user interface is decidedly mediocre.

It's a really good app, the only and biggest problem is it keeps shutting down after a few scans. I would purchase the pro, if they fix shutting down issue. I rated it 3 and would update my review to a 4 or 5 after it's fix.
Disappearing Documents

Complete GARBAGE. Scanned over 50 pages of documents into 3 folders. 2 hours later all folders show 0 pages.
