Install ecobee Business app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ecobee Business on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ecobee Business"
The search will reveal the ecobee Business app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ecobee Business is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ecobee Business.
Now enjoy ecobee Business on PC.

Needs more detailed functionality

The one main thing the app lacks is being able to override a calendar setting. We use the the app thermostats for work, and occasionally on weekends when I’m not there, temps need to be adjusted remotely, and I cannot do that from my phone on the app. The only way is to access the portal on a computer. Please add this function to the app. Thank you
Constantly logs me off

Can’t seem to stay logged in. It boots me out often. Don’t bother signing up for functionality alerts. It’ll bombard your email with alerts every few minutes thinking it’s down then fixed in continuous or random loops. I see this app hasn’t been updated in over a year. Says a lot about how much this company values it’s customers’ concerns. This app has been around forever yet the developers can’t solve fundamental problems with it.
Needs work

Good thermostat, but the app is missing a LOT of functionality. We were sold on these thermostats by the idea of being able to control our 6 (expensive) the app thermostats from this app. I have to log in to the (also outdated and buggy) web portal to even change simple settings. As others have said, the app logs out and the general flow/functionality needs work. Hope to see an update in the future.
Fine for some, but issues

After a bunch of testing and speaking to tech support, I finally understand the issues I've been encountering. Apparently this app works well on ipod touch, iphone, and some ipads. I wa son the phone with a tech support guy who had a 1st gen ipad mini, and it worked great for him. Unfortunately I have some ipad mini 2 devices, and there are issues. The app loggs out at seemingly random intervals, causing you to have to type in the email and password from scratch every time you want to use it. It doesn't even cache the email address to make it easier. The app also does not rotate to landscape properly, and you get a narrow window to the left side of the screen, that cuts off mid-temp, and won't scroll so you cannot get to the button to make a change. Both of these are pretty big issues, since the majority of the people going forward will be using newer ipads with the higher resolution screen and different internal processors that apparently are not compatible at the moment.
