Install Chalkboard for iPad app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Chalkboard on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Chalkboard"
The search will reveal the Chalkboard for iPad app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Chalkboard is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Chalkboard.
Now enjoy Chalkboard on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Chalkboard,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Chalkboard" » then Click "Install".
- Chalkboard for iPad will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I ❤ the this app... It's a standard this app but what makes it stand out is the option to switch from a blackboard to a whiteboard + several other options... It also has multiple color chalks.... A superior feature is you can have your own picture as a background for your this app... That's cool! 😜 My only complaint is the eraser... When I change the width of my chalk, my eraser changes to that size... So, when I'm writing in the smallest width of the chalk it takes forever to erase... 👎
