What happened to the update???

I wrote you an email about purchasing all the hypnosis tracks in two of your Mindifi hypnosis apps only to be charged but never received the tracks. It took apx a month for me to finally get a response from you. You apologized and said it was a bug and that your people were working on a fix/update to resolve this issue. You said it would be ready at the end of May. We are now about to start week 2 of June, and not only is there no update and no restoration of my tracks, but you haven’t even commented to all of us who are patiently waiting to at least explain why there is no update at this time. Where I was raised, this is poor manners. It is also poor business. You have an EXCELLENT product, but if you do not get your business and customer service in working order, you could be selling free passes to Heaven and no one would wanna buy from you. I have recommended your app to a great many people, but I can just as easily post on social media that you take our money and fail to even reply to us when we don’t receive what we purchased. I don’t want to do this. I just want my purchase restored or a human being from your staff to explain what the delay is. Get a handle on things there, or admit you can’t. Simple as that.

I purchased one of the programs and liked it so I went in the next day and paid for all of the apps. My payment went through and every time I try to access the app it tells me I have to pay for it. .... money down the drain. I have emailed them twice and have received no response. Don’t waste your money Update: finally received a response telling me problem would be fixed. It never was. After a couple more attempts they told me to go to my App Store and request a refund. Apple refuses to refund so I am stuck with 2 package deals at $20 a pop and nothing to show for it. Will be calling my credit card company today

I downloaded this app a couple years ago and it froze up my iPhone 6 EVERY time I tried to use it. Finally, after one iOS update it was working just fine. I liked it enough to to spend $20 on the expanded version. (The free version doesn’t give you much!) Well I haven’t used it in a while and here I am with my new iPhone X, and I can’t access anything I paid for except the original free version. A waste of $20!!! AND, to boot, it’s locking up my phone again. Bleah, crappy crappy rip off software.
They don't keep up with the updates for this app

The one meditation I purchased, and also the initial free one, both cut off about 1/4 way through. I gave this app a second chance but it still isn't dependable. For the high price they charge they should keep it bug-free. I requested a refund for the purchase and will delete this app. Too bad, it has potential.
