In the featured screenshots you see pictures of people you actually know or have heard of. This app is full of a bunch of obscure no name people and events from other countries. Waste of my money.

I'm one of those people that I love to know random facts and this app lets me know those random facts of the day and learn something new I also like that it is integrated with Wikipedia so that I can research more about the fact. Keep up the great work with this app. The only downfall I wish that I can see events that happen in BC or AD times. That includes history people that were born and people that died.

If I'd wanted a list of American holidays and dates, I could get that anywhere. I like that this app gives info from many countries and cultures, and that it includes a variety of positive and negative events. A good app for people who realize that this isn't an America-normative world, and who have a broad historical interest.

Great Format. Negative and useless information

Recognizing the dates of mass murders and the birth dates and names of those who created the mass murders is not my idea of good history and is only giving recognition to those who deserve no recognition.
Also celebrating obscure religious holidays from some other countries seems very useless.
More appropriate and positive history needs to be emphasized.
